STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS: Thursday, May 21st, 2026 Today is a B Day

Students:
● Today is the last day of school! However, the rules and expectations are the same as any other day. Please remember that your actions still have consequences, which can carry over to next school year. Continue to make good choices!
● If you are out of class, please make sure you have a paper pass!

REMINDERS:
● Students, when you are sent to a buddy room and you do not go to the correct room, that is considered failing the buddy room and you will be sent to recovery. Please make good choices.
● Playfighting is unacceptable at Oakland and will result in disciplinary consequences. Please keep your hands, feet and body parts to yourself. The school bus is an extension of the school day. Please make sure you are staying in your seats, respecting the driver by not yelling and using profanity.
● Building wide warning and reminder: Students are not allowed to use or have out any personal electronic devices during any part of the school day. This means electronic devices are to be put away as soon as you enter the building in the mornings until you leave the building.

Wednesday: PIE Club End of Year Party (Lunch)
                        8th Grade Level Up Field Trip
                        8th Grade Promotion

Thursday: Early Release
                   Last day of school!

 

**If you have ISS, OSS, or Recovery the day of any after school activity, you are not allowed to stay or come to any events**

Middle School and under must be accompanied and SEATED with the adult they came in with. No adult, no entry. They must remain seated unless they are using the restroom or getting something from the concessions.

Students will not be allowed to re-enter the game once they have left.

Follow directions from adult supervisors.

Appropriate language and school spirit is expected of all OMS students and their family members; Any disrespect or insubordination will be ground for removal from the game

If you have OSS or ISS the day of, you are not able to attend after school activities including athletic events.
