 STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS: Tuesday, December 9th, 2025 Today is a A Day

● 6th Grade PIE club meeting Tuesday 2:45-3:45 in 148

If you are still in the hallway without a pass, report to Counseling for your tardy sweep pass. Tardy sweeps will happen every hour.

● Playfighting is unacceptable at Oakland and will result in disciplinary consequences.

● Building wide warning and reminder: Students are not allowed to use or have out any personal electronic devices during any part of the school day. This means electronic devices are to be put away until you leave the building at 2:35.

● Don’t forget! If you need to ride the Activity Bus, you need to have a signed permission form on file and sign up before 1pm on your iPad EACH DAY you need to ride it.

● If you have practice or any after-school activity and plan on attending a basketball game, you need to leave the building and return at game time. This goes for everyone, please do not seek teachers out to ask if you can stay with them until game time.  Once you return for the game, your ride needs to be called at the end of the 2nd quarter/halftime. If your ride is not here by the time the coaches are ready to leave, you will no longer be allowed entry without a driving adult sitting with you for the entire game.

● If you have ISS, OSS, or Recovery the day of any after school activity, you are not allowed to stay or come to any events.

Student Council during 7th and 8th Grade Lunch and after school, 2:45-3:45. We will be making ornaments, so wear clothes you don't mind getting paint on.

Middle School and under must be accompanied and SEATED with the adult they came in with. No adult, no entry. They must remain seated unless they are using the restroom or getting something from the concessions.

Students will not be allowed to re-enter the game once they have left.

Follow directions from adult supervisors.

Appropriate language and school spirit is expected of all OMS students and their family members; Any disrespect or insubordination will be ground for removal from the game

If you have OSS or ISS the day of, you are not able to attend after school activities including athletic events.
