Compass Health Mobile Dental Bus

A message from Compass Health:

Your child’s school has partnered with Compass Health Network’s mobile dental team to provide both
preventive and restorative services for students while at school. Providing students with a safe and
comfortable atmosphere is a top priority with our school-based dental program. This allows students
to see the dentist without the hassle of parents missing any time from work and will reduce any
transportation issues. We will be working closely with the school nurse and administrative team to
ensure the safety of each student.

The Compass Health Dental bus will be at OMS from March 3-5, 2025.  Please fill out and return this form to the OMS Health Office if you are interested.
